1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
 We process orders every day, including weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with UPS but may use other reliable carriers depending on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location — to ensure the best balance of speed and cost.

 

3.Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

4.Shipping Locations We currently ship within the United States only. (We plan to expand internationally soon—stay tuned!)

5.Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at support@wollywag.com.
We'll work directly with the carrier to find a solution.
Note: WollyWag is not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier issues beyond our control.

6.Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
WollyWag is not responsible for items sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

7.Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, email us at support@wollywag.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll do our best to make it right.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
