How these chews are manufactured?

Milk Collection
Fresh milk is collected from local farmers and small dairies.

Fat Separation
Fat is removed from the milk to make it lighter.

Pasteurization
Milk is heated and cooled to kill harmful bacteria.

Adding Lime & Salt
A small amount of lime juice and salt is added to thicken the milk.

Curd & Whey Separation
The thickened milk is split into solid cheese and liquid whey.

Pressed into Blocks
The cheese is wrapped in a jute bag and pressed to remove water and give it a proper shape.

Cut into Chews
The cheese blocks are cut into chew sticks for drying.

Packed for Delivery
The finished chews are packed, sealed, and made ready for delivery to your doorstep.
